All subscriptions and payments are handled securely through your Apple iTunes account. When you subscribe you’ll get the current issue and access to future issues for as long as your subscription is active. You can also purchase back issues seperately.
The best way is to use the support function within the app. This will send us your unique device number that will help us diagnose and fix any problems 5X faster.
Just click the setting ‘gear icon’ in the bottom right of the app and select ‘Contact Us Here’. This will open up an email pre-populated with your device token (we need that so we can identify your account). Just add your message, hit send and we’ll get back to you right away.
